All prices listed on our website are in GBP (£). Nuogix Ltd is not VAT registered, and prices are therefore exclusive of VAT.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders worldwide from our facility in the United Kingdom using Royal Mail and courier services.

UK Delivery:
- Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days.
- We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
- Free UK delivery is available on qualifying orders, as advertised on our website.

International shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier delays. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for unopened items in their original condition and packaging.

- Customers must contact us at hello@nuogix.com within 14 days of delivery to request a returns authorisation.
- Once approved, you will receive a prepaid returns label.
- Nuogix covers the cost of return shipping for UK customers only.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
