Shipping policy
1. Overview
This Shipping Policy outlines how Nuogix Ltd (“Nuogix”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) processes, dispatches, and delivers customer orders. We take care to ensure every order is securely packed, accurately fulfilled, and delivered promptly — wherever you are in the world.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our UK facility within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information (if applicable).
3. UK Delivery
We ship across the United Kingdom, including mainland England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Standard Delivery: 1–3 working days.
Free UK Shipping: on orders over £15.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days from our UK facility.
We use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail and courier partners for fast and reliable service.
Please note: we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
4. International Shipping
Nuogix ships worldwide using reliable international courier and postal services. Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs clearance processes.
Europe: 5–10 working days
North America: 7–14 working days
Rest of the World: 10–20 working days
All international delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays or local carrier issues.
Customs duties, import taxes, or excise charges (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Nuogix is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or courier backlogs.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number (where applicable). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
If your order appears delayed or you have not received tracking information, please contact us at hello@nuogix.com.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with our carrier partners to resolve the issue promptly.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:
1. Photograph the package before opening.
2. Notify us immediately via email.
3. Retain all packaging until we confirm the next steps.
We will either issue a replacement or a refund once verified.
7. Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
If a delivery attempt is made and the parcel is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address,
- Failure to collect from a depot or post office,
the customer may be responsible for additional re-shipping charges.
We cannot be held liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
We can accommodate order changes or cancellations only before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be altered or cancelled.
If you wish to amend your order, please contact hello@nuogix.com as soon as possible with your order number.
9. Returns and Refunds
