Refund policy

1. Overview

At Nuogix, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into every supplement we produce. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to return your items and how refunds are handled.

Please read the following terms carefully before making a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of food supplements, we can only accept returns for unopened, unused, and undamaged products in their original packaging and condition.

To qualify for a return:
- Your return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be sealed, unused, and in resaleable condition.
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return:
1. Email us at hello@nuogix.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
3. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a Returns Authorisation and detailed instructions.
4. Returns without prior authorisation may be delayed or refused.

4. Return Shipping

UK Customers:
- Nuogix will provide a prepaid returns label, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged before sending it back.
- Returns must be made using the shipping label we issue to ensure tracking and insurance coverage.

International Customers:
- Customers outside of the United Kingdom are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as Nuogix cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or excise fees incurred for returning items to the UK are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Nuogix reserves the right to refuse returns or deduct applicable charges if these requirements are not met.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds will cover the product price only. Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the product was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@nuogix.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost once verified.

Please provide clear photographs of the product and packaging to help us resolve the matter quickly.

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, please return your unopened item for a refund and place a new order through our website.

8. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:
- Opened or partially used supplements
- Products not purchased directly from www.nuogix.com
- Items returned without prior authorisation
- Products received more than 14 days after delivery

9. Health & Safety Notice

Please note:
- Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or healthy lifestyle.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose stated on the packaging.
- Side effects are rare; discontinue use and contact your GP if you experience any adverse reaction.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or under medical supervision, consult your GP before use.
- Keep all products out of reach of children.
